Vintage Oil Lamp Amber Hobnail Glass P & G Eagle Burner 16 inch

Beautiful vintage lamp with double chamber and hobnail design around lower section. Glass fades from clear in the upper chamber to amber in the lower section. Includes a milkbottle style hurricane shade in clear glass.

Metal burner reads: Eagle.The wick adjuster is marked P & G MFG. Co. Thomaston, CONN... Made In U.S.A. Metal is a little rusty, Wheel turns but with a little difficulty. May need cleaning and new wick to make turning easier. Use care when cleaning as this lamp is tinted and color can come off if scrubbed. There are a few small spots where color has come off but visible only if you are looking for them. The three footed base is marked J-2090. Double chamber, hollow body. When totally assembled, with shade on lamp, this piece stands 16 inches tall and 4.75 inches in width.

In excellent condition: no cracks, chips, Overall, this is a very attractive lamp.
